Lane graduated from the Phillips Exeter Academy and the University of Virginia Engineering School. He is the Principal Broker and President of HasBrouck Real Estate Corporation, one of the oldest and largest commercial real estate firms in Central Virginia with a staff of 12 full time agents. Lane received his Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business (1992) and earned the Certificate Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate and considered a PH..D. in commercial real estate within the industry. Lane recently was inducted into the society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). To be considered as a member of this society, you have to meet a high level of transactions. He is the only SIOR in Charlottesville, VA.
