Mr. Bloxsom joins Hasbrouck with a focus on new business development. Areas of concentration will be residential and commercial sales and leasing, as well multifamily residential management.
Prior to joining HasBrouck Real Estate, Jeff was a member of the CB Richard Ellis retail investment property group based in Washington DC. During his time with CBRE, his team listed over $200,000,000 of retail properties, while closing close $40,000,000. Clients represented ranged from institutional investors, to local and regional private investors.
Before CBRE, Jeff worked with Unison Site Management, a joint venture with Goldman Sachs' private equity group. In his role with Unison, Jeff oversaw the acquisition of wireless real estate in the Greater Atlanta area.
Previously, Jeff worked for Crescent Heights of America, the nation's largest condominium developer as an Assistant Project Manager. While with Crescent Heights, Mr. Bloxsom was in the top 1% of new homes sales in the Washington DC/ Northern Virginia area, selling over $50,000,000.00.
Jeff originally began his career in real estate in Charlottesville with HasBrouck Real Estate. Here, he oversaw the leasing and management of 125 separate residential units, producing $1,500,000.00 of annual income to his clients.
Mr. Bloxsom is a Charlottesville native and a University of Virginia graduate. Together with his wife, Kate, they own novel., a gift and accessory boutique located in the north wing of Barracks Road. They have a son, Beau, who is 1, with another on the way!
