Stuart Rifkin has been an integral part of the HasBrouck Commercial Real Estate Team since the winter of 2002. Stuart moved to Charlottesville from NYC in December of 1990. He started Rifkin Associates, a business consulting firm, focusing on the hospitality industry, in the spring of 1991. He has owned a share of five restaurants in the local market and assisted in the development and operation of many others. His personal experience with lease negotiations, commercial and residential real estate purchases and business acquisitions made him the perfect candidate to lead the Business Brokerage Division of HasBrouck. Stuart is an available and capable resource for any real estate transaction or business development need.
